Last evening we marked the launch of the book “Big World Small Planet” by Professor Johan Rockström and Dr Mattias Klum. This is a great narrative of world growth within Earth’s limits that really opens our eyes. It shows that the crisis is global and urgent.

Telling for the future
January 27 is the day the world recognizes as Holocaust Memorial Day. This year the day also marked the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau. This was a day when we were painfully reminded of the atrocities committed during World War II.
