Stjernberg to sing for Sweden at Eurovision
Sweden is probably the country with the biggest proportion of Eurovision Song Contest fans. Yesterday some 1.6 million Swedes voted in the Swedish Melodifestivalen. It was actually one of the more exciting and unpredictable contests that we have seen for many years. In the end Robin Stjernberg won Melodifestivalen with the song You.
This means Robin Stjernberg will represent Sweden at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö in May. Eurovision promises to be quite an event. You can probably expect the Swedish foreign minister Carl Bildt to be there and that he will wear his famous Eurovision Song Contest jacket. It is retro fashion at its best.
